More PDA hackingTrying to port some more apps to my Linux PDA. First up is
nano, since I prefer its
license terms to that of pico. Having trouble compiling it on the local copy of gcc that I installed on the
Yopy though, since there doesn't seem to be any kernel headers installed on the unit. So I'm downloading the
CygWin version of the cross-compilation toolchain, to see if that improves things at all.

Linux PDAThe new
Yopy Linux PDA is really good so far. It took me a little while to get it to connect to my PC, but it seems ok now (under Windows at least). I've added a netcfg GUI program and Doom (or
PrBoom to be more precise), and a bunch of MP3s.
What it really needs though is a decent SSH client and better development tools support (how hard can it be to have gcc on there?) Another Update Found SSH too now - guess I should look a little harder before posting eh?!
