My iPod had got to the stage where the battery only retains it charge for about 15-20 minutes. Apple are notoriously expensive when it comes to replacing the battery so thanks to a tip-off from a colleague in Mac Support, I got a self-fit battery kit from iPod Doctor. 15 mins after the package arrived, the new battery was fitted and its now happily charging on my desk ready for my train journey home.
